Chris gets 5+ stars from us. We are extremely pleased with the way our living room, dining room, kitchen, bathroom and two bedrooms turned out. Chris was professional at his craft making sure we were pleased every step of the way. He was also very neat making everything was cleaned up everyday they left. We would highly recommend Ivan and will definitely call him for future home improvements.

Our updated cabinets are amazing! They look like brand new cabinets and actually look factory painted. The color came out fantastic and the finish is incredibly smooth. I can’t recommend Chicago Cabinet Painting Co. enough.

Chris came out and repaired our ceiling. We had some parts of it that had been repaired poorly by previous owners and Chris repaired it and it looks amazing. I would definitely use them again if we had more drywall issues. You cannot tell the cracks were there or were repaired. They were very responsive and very professional.

We are very grateful we chose Sabat Painting and Restoration. We needed our outside facia repainted and indoor interior walls. He also restored our bathroom and built an office space in our large garage. From the initial quote to the finished project, we were totally impressed. He came and worked when he said he would and completed the jobs with ease. He also helped by doing random fixes around the house, and replacing old door handles. He's very well-spoken, and knowledgeable. I could recommend him for any job!
